Holy Stone
Automations Hub · live demo

One place for every team — running on top of the Stone Profits you already have.

This is a working copy of the automations hub, set up for a fictitious stone distributor called Holy Stone. Click anything: approve a payment run, check in a showroom customer, build tomorrow's truck load, ask the office computer to pull a report. Everything responds the way it does in daily use.

Every company, person, customer, order and dollar in this demo is invented.

What the hub is

A single sign-in page where each team finds its own tools and live numbers — and the owner sees all of it.

Every team, one hub

AR, AP, Purchasing, Sales, the warehouse and the front desk each sign in and land on their own tiles and tools. The owner sees every team, plus the money view nobody else does.

No API needed

Stone Profits has no API, and that is fine. An office computer reads it the way a person would — signed in, report by report — and shares the results with the hub.

Fresh by itself

Reports are pulled on a schedule all day, so the tiles say “pulled today 8:15 AM” without anyone exporting a spreadsheet. Need it now? Every system has a “run it now” button.

How it connects to Stone Profits

Nothing is installed on your server and nobody gets new passwords to your ERP. The work happens on one computer in the office.

Stone Profits

Your ERP, exactly as it is today.
  • Reports and lists the team already uses
  • Sale orders, invoices, POs, inventory
  • No changes, no plug-ins on the server
reads

The office computer

One computer, signed in to Stone Profits, running three small browser extensions:
Scheduled jobsPulls the daily reports on a timetable — A/R, sales, inventory, POs. Office workerReads a record on demand and files signed PDFs back onto it. Price & product toolsUpdates prices and creates products — only when a person runs it.

The hub

What every team opens in the morning.
  • Live tiles per team
  • Dashboards, queues and approvals
  • iPad apps for drivers, pick ups and the showroom
Read-only pulls. The scheduled reports only read. Your data in Stone Profits is never changed by a pull.
Writes need a person. The few things that write — an invoice, a price update, a new product — are started or approved by someone on your team.
Every team sees only its own. A rep sees their own customers and orders; costs and margins stay with management.
Everything is on the record. The Activity Log shows who did what, when, on which record.

Tour it team by team

Each button signs you in as that team, so you see exactly what they see. Switch teams any time from this page — or sign out from the hub's sidebar.

Things worth trying

Five minutes, start to finish.

Run a job now

As the owner, open Office Computer and press “Pull the A/R now”. Watch it get picked up, run, and report back.

Check in a customer

Open the entrance iPad, check yourself in, then see the queue update for the desk and the reps.

Post a note

On the hub, add an Admin Note for one team only, then open the hub as that team and see it at the top.

Compare two views

Open Open Orders as a rep, then as management: same orders, costs only for management.

Clicked around a lot? Everything you change — approvals, check-ins, notes — is kept in this browser only. Put the demo back to its starting point any time.
